Three different inlet locations are available to maatch application requirements: left side, right side, or roof (top down). Outlets available on any of three sides.
Handrails and ladders are shipped loose for installation at site by purchaser.
Twin power super sonic nozzles provide twice the dinetic energy per unit of compressed air for a greater cleaning jet (reverse air) formation, doubling rating per filter bag.
Cleaning jets are engineered to have optimum reverse pressure and flwo characteristics. This jet design reduces the main cause of bag wear and dust penetration, the re-entrainment of dust from the bags in the cleaning mode to the bags in the filtering mode. Twin jets permit lower pulse pipes with low profile jet formation which reduces the effect on reverse air flow in the clean air plenum.
High-strength inlet deflectors (made from structural members) protect bags from impact wear caused by high inertia dust particles. Integral droupout and distribution chamber removes high-inertia paprticles, reducing dust load on filter elements.
Maximum opening in bag mouth minimizes pressure drop through bag mounting plate, eliminating the power-robbing venturies of other designs.
Twin mounting provisions with snap band collars and positive hold-down frames provide self-compensating seal systems between dirty and clean sides of bags.
Twin rows of filter bags permit narrower access doors which are easy to handle and permit additional reinforcing between doors for a stiffer roof. The doors have high-resiliency seals with “O”-ring type limited deflection design to give ideal sealing pressure on the mating surfaces. The seal has indefinite service life under a wide range of operating conditions.
Double spacing on every other row of bags helps minimize potential bridging from irregular dusts such as food, paper, and many chemicals. Inspection of worn or damaged bags is also made easier fromt eh dirty air side.
Bag diameter is 4.5″ x 96″ with optional 120″ length. This universal size (introduced in 1960) provides the most area per cubic unit of volume.
